Robert is creative and dedicated. He does a great job understanding the business value needed and applying an appropriate technology. I would hire him again in an instant.
David Hussman, DevJam

I was a team-mate of Robert's at ECMC. I found him to be a wonderful addition to our team. He is very technically adept and is always willing to help his co-workers. His understanding of Agile development processes and test driven development are deep and he is an articulate evangelist for these practices. He has been greatly missed since he left the team, and I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
Cathy Bryant, ECMC

Robert Fischer was hired into a very complex project that was struggling for direction. His excellent development skills, quick grasp of the issues, and personable, clear communication made him a natural to become the Technical Lead on the project almost immediately. There he really shined - morale was boosted, goals were made clear, bugs went down, and dates were met. All this while continuing as an individual contributor as well. I would happily work with Robert on any project, and recommend him very highly.
